I’m Charbel, a Lebanese TVC and film producer, combusting at the highest intensity since 1995.
My path into production was never a straight line. It was a winding road with countless detours, all leading to the same place: a deep love for telling stories.
Growing up, I was never satisfied with reality alone. I found it bland, humble - and I wanted more. Soon enough, I found myself getting lost in the worlds of the characters I watched on screen, and this is when I realized I had the power to imagine and create a universe beyond my own senses. Before long, I produced and directed my first short film and submitted it to a festival, at just 14 years old.
From that moment, I knew I wanted to be in the thick of it all. I pursued a film degree and graduated with a dual specialization: directing & cinematography. Along the way, I worked as a special effects makeup artist for a year, first assistant director for two years, and a content creator for another. I was even operating a boom at some point. All were done with a drive to expand my knowledge across every department involved in bringing a story to life. And it was in that pursuit that I decided to become the best producer I could be.
I moved to Dubai in 2021, and I could not be more thankful for the opportunities I’ve come across. I got to lead advertising campaigns for brands such as adidas, Mercedes, Yves Saint Laurent, Johnson & Johnson, Bosch, Audi, Whoop, CR7, Etisalat, BEEAH, and more others that you can watch on my work page.
It’s been a great ride, and I’m just getting started.
