Wish We Could was produced for the Beirut Film Institute under the 48 Hour Film Project under in Beirut, Lebanon.
All aspects of the film were completed within 48 hours, abiding by the character, prop, dialogue, and production requirements that the festival set.
Script development, casting the actors, booking the locations, acquiring the shooting permits, renting the equipment, recruiting crew members, shooting the film, composing the music, locking the cut, sound designing, color grading, captioning, and even designing the film's poster were all done in a span of two days on a 120 USD budget.
